Property Search Fee

  • The service fee is 0.5% of the property price, with a minimum of 150,000 RUB.

    All terms are agreed in advance and fixed in the contract. No additional charges arise during the process. The fee structure reflects a result-based model and includes comprehensive transaction support from selection through completion.
